Payment
All purchases must be paid for within 72 hours of sale. If payment has not been received within 72 hours, the transaction will be cancelled and items will be relisted. Payment is accepted through Paypal - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and account payments. A Paypal account is not required to place an order, but it does make it a little bit simpler.
A note on payment security - PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol [SSL] with an encryption key length of 128-bits - the highest level commercially available.
All orders shipped to Maryland will be assessed current rate sales tax.
Shipping
All items will be shipped via the USPS by First Class or Priority mail, depending on total item weight. Delivery confirmation is included in the price of shipping. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of payment. Exception to this may apply during times of high temperatures, to ensure that a package is not out through the weekend. (Many of our products may melt at high temperatures such as those in an unattended mail truck or mailbox.)
All orders will be shipped to the address provided in Paypal checkout. Please double check the address when checking out, and contact us at the time of payment if you desire the package to be sent to an address other than that listed in the Paypal checkout.
Insurance is not required nor included in shipping charges listed, but is highly recommended. We are not responsible for packages once they have left our hands. If you desire shipping insurance, please contact us for an adjusted shipping quote.
Returns/Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our products, no returns or exchanges can be accepted.
Please read item descriptions carefully and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have prior to your purchase. Also, know that each bar of soap is lovingly hand-cut, so while the bar pictured will be a close representation of your bar of soap, your purchase will not be an exact replica of the bar pictured.
That being said, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you're not, let us know and we will see what we can do to remedy the situation. If you believe we have shipped you the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can ship you the correct item at our cost.
